Freedom with responsibility would mean putting on a mask during a pandemic. I haven't gotten past the first line and I'm already feeling snarky.

I think many of us are guilty of thinking of government service systems (e.g. healthcare, CRA) only as a group of people and we don't give enough thought to all the flawed processes that make up the systems so I'm not sure how letting people go from systems with flawed processes saves us anything.
