Did all the paintwork myself. 6 layers on the stairs. Got company in to do runner and took it round the landing too.

Did this to mine. Paint stripper helped. Took a while. But very happy now!

Textbook exercises are self marked. The students complete feedback/ summary where they can list 3 questions they struggled with, which is the focus for the written feedback from me. If there is a pattern I will go over the Q next lesson.

There were flags next to a student with special consideration on their individual scores but yes this would cause a problem.

Good start to the summer reading. Quirky book from the cottage on pebbles. Loved there are rivers in the sky, sad to finish. Water so well written, now for the next one in the series. Seals and otters taking me away from my reading once more! #scotland

Always enjoyed going round the board in one lesson. Do not miss my 1st board, which was a chalk board on an easel. Students seemed to like taking out the pegs 🤔🤣

Totally agree with you on the calculators, we don’t mention the graphic one as we know most of our students could not afford one. Seems so unfair for exams.
