Assuming the honeyberries you're looking for are Lonicera caerulea, this paper might be helpful.
It discusses amino acids in L. edulis. The authors treat that as a different species, but some classifications treat it as a variety of L. caerulea.

It's CAV for me.
The only time I really get to choose is with laserdisc. Freeze-frame sells me on it, even if I have to flip the disc a bit more often.
I also like floppy disks, but that's mostly unrelated to any sort of constant velocity.
