The customers, employees, and partners who helped make those achievements possible may not be able to experience the recap at all. That's not just a missed opportunity. It's a contradiction of the very values these videos are meant to represent.

More Ways to Remove Barriers. Three recommendations are shown. Caption Properly: auto-captions are a starting point, not a solution; human-edit for accuracy, timing, proper names, and meaningful sound cues. Reduce Unnecessary Motion: animation can remain if thoughtful, readable, purposeful, and high contrast. Check for Flashing: ensure content does not exceed three flashes per second to avoid seizure risk.

Three recommendations appear: Provide a text alternative via a blog post with all text and visual descriptions; Add narration to convey meaning through audio; Create audio description so visual content is meaningful to people who cannot see it.

Auto-generated captions mangle names and technical terms. Timing drifts and meaning gets stripped away. "Impact tripled" becomes "impact crippled". Viewers can't trust the information being presented.

Barriers for People Who Are Blind or Have Low Vision. Animated text with no spoken narration means screen reader users receive nothing meaningful. Text that appears briefly cannot be resized, paused, or adjusted. Screen magnifiers often distort animated content. Visual achievements go completely untold without audio description. The story of "our team making a difference" remains invisible.
