It’s interesting how small to medium sized business owners curse big time businesses and their “team of lawyers”, yet fail to invest in getting their own great lawyer. Legal spend is may be frustrating but it is obviously a major key to success.

Preaching to the choir… why do I have to keep telling people to get their contracts signed or that handshakes for 6 figure deals are dumb.

When conservatives wanted to pass a bill to limit “liberal bias” on social media platforms, we failed to think ahead and pass it. We could be using such a statute, that they drafted, to stop this practice. Obviously it would need to be drafted correctly, but it would have been poetic.

Officially appointed to serve on my local LGBTQ+ Business Council. During such a scary time for our #lgbtq+ community, it is important we have queer business owners ready to protect the dignity of ALL patrons.

Instead of being patient and honest about the value of AI for business(bc their spending was out of hand) they have oversold its capabilities and employees know better. A slow methodical rollout works, but that’s not a boom or bankroll so…. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Sometimes giving legal advice can be hard, most times though… I’m reminding people to get the contract signed so they can make sure they get paid…

Yeah, people keep asking me if certain actions are legal(bc I’m a lawyer) and I have to tell them no, but that doesn’t matter, it’s still happening.

It’s real, and impacts people at risk of psychosis the most(which is a larger number of ppl than you think). Chats affirm the prompters delusions, something real human conversation is less likely to do. Therapists are very concerned.
