I am a proponent of ICHRAs that allow the employee to choose their coverage from any carrier on the exchange. A family with a kid in college may want to select a plan with broader national coverage, while the younger family or single person could select a plan on other factors.

I still have the fantasy play play I did with my father on VHS. I don’t think my seven year old self added much to the commentary though.
