Absolutely! I developed the formulation, authored the universal laws of the Unified Mechanics Theory, and introduced a new axis to Newtonian space-time! We experimentally proved it! After 30 years of hard work 2 books and mentoring 25 PhD students. There are 5700 researchers in our UMT group.

That "Mathematicians solved the 125-year-old problem, uniting key laws of physics" while relying on concepts from a textbook, there's a clear issue with the journalist's integrity. The phrase "uniting key laws of physics" distinctly resembles sentences in the book.

Are there any ethics left in science. People copy your idea. Publish it claiming the solved a 125 year old problem. How is this work different than the laws of unified mechanics theory.

EU is doubling its research budget. Many scientists will move to the EU—especially the cream of the crop.

When the words "Globe" & "South" are together, it is difficult to ignore the geography. 🤣

Global South assumes that if you are in the South, you are a third world country. Are Romania, Afghanistan, North Korea and Kazakhstan are in Global North?

This is a very nice tool for teaching mechanics. I would add the Thermodynamic State Index axis where they all have a unique coordinate regardless of the inertial frame of reference.

I don't know what state you are in But in NY state all teachers are in a union. Have great retirement benefits and healthcare insurance.

Unfortunately, this mileage is only true for a flat surface for the first day. According to the second law of Thermodynamics, 400 miles gets shorter every day. That is a problem subject of intense research.
