Received a package today that was shipped in August of 2023 in case anyone was wondering how the USPS is doing.

Turned last night’s double feature of (1) Gladiator II and (2) Wicked Part 1 into a triple feature by coming home and watching THE WICKED WITCH OF THE EAST, BRO (2018) on repeat. Cinema. 📽️

DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 425° F. Boil water in large pot. Add salt and pasta and cook until al dente. Drain, set aside. Melt butter in large sauce pan over low heat. Add flour, stir for 1 min. Add 1 cup mik and egg, stir 1 min. Stir in Velveeta and 1/2 of cheddar. Cook on low until cheese is melted. Add 1/2 cup milk it too thick. Add cooked pasta, stir. Pour into large greased casserole dish. Top with cheddar and breadcrumbs. Bake 15-30 min.

Very easy and always a huge hit:

16 oz cavatappi
Salt for pasta water
1/2 cup butter
1 Tbsp flour
1 cup milk (more as needed)
1 egg
16 oz Velveeta, diced
12 oz sharp cheddar, shredded
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko works, but homemade garlic parmesan breadcrumbs are next level)
