It’s been great for my blood sugar, which was the point. I’ve lost almost 20 lbs in 6 weeks. But I’ve struggled a lot with nausea to the point where I had to lower my dose back to the starting dose because I felt so bad when I increased it. If I can get past the nausea, I’ll be good.

I’m in my second month on a GLP1 and I don’t know if it’s because it’s winter or what but all I want to fucking eat is soup.
