Documents Allege a Federal Agent at Portland ICE Threatened to Shoot an Ambulance Driver Feds delayed medics who had come to pick up an injured protester. Then, according to confidential incident reports, the agents became aggressive.

ICE agents blocked an ambulance that was trying to take an injured protester to hospital.

"We are still not being allowed to leave by ICE officers.” an EMT said on radio

When driver tried to get out, an agent yelled, "DON’T YOU EVER DO THAT AGAIN, I WILL SHOOT YOU"

As always I appreciate their commitment to pushing themselves and doing something unique for them. Maybe this just isn’t my style. Oh well.

Maybe my opinion will change after more listens. But at the moment this album sounds good but still lacks … something. I haven’t felt a surge of emotion when listening to any of these tracks and I find it hard to connect to them.

I think the best exception to this is VOIDWARD, I BEND BACK. It feels like there’s actual singing on this track. There are highs and lows and an actual dynamic range of delivery.

The new album sounds a lot better than Bodies. It feels more cohesive, I like a lot of the instrumentation. But man, I cannot stand Davey’s vocal delivery on this album at all. So many songs have the same shout-talk-sing delivery that makes a lot of them sound too similar to each other

I’ve been listening to AFI since 2004. One of the bands I will always make sure to check out when they make a new record. I haven’t really felt strongly about their work since Burials and maybe parts of the Blood Album. Bodies is almost unlistenable outside of a couple tracks.
