Spent the eve in a warm room with interesting people today, listening to authors talking about their book. Although possible to watch online, I find it's very much worth the effort to go there in person.

A - That campfire romance was something else! Too bad I was a dwarf and marriage was out of the question, but we found a compromise. 😅

Spiritfarer. I still tear up at every goodbye when watching other people play it.

They work super well for my ADHD-like brain that would like to enjoy the peaceful scene but also needs a lot more stimulation in order to be able to take the time and stay watching. Being able to look at the different moods of the ocean at once grants me the patience to find peace from the waves.

I'm estimating that 97% of my tomatoes are still green, even though they're all small varieties and my balcony is sunny af. At least they're rather decorative! 🌱 #Finland

From cabbage to salad, but a piece was left over. The piece had over half of its base still intact. I may have first put it in water for easier root building? Eventually it went into the ground where it made roots, started growing new leaves and eventually flowered.

My coworker asked what's its name and for a moment I thought "I don't give my plants names, even if they're my green pals".

Luckily I realised in time before answering that she meant what type of cabbage. 😅

Happy Turku Pride! I miss the days when it was more music and chanting, but it was an important walk to take anyway. It's always heartening to see so many of us out on the street, for once we're very visible.

Had a lovely time today at the library singalong even if the weather is awful (11 C / 51 F currently at 9 pm, feels more like mid-September than August). Slept poorly last night so I felt like a mess, but I didn't want to miss this.
