Agreed and there is zero indication the province or GTH offered one red cent to Costco. Difference was cost of land in the deals and basic improvements Costco wanted the Forster Harvard to make to compete with the other location.

So Forster Harvard took an apples to oranges comparison to Regina City Council. Walked out with $6.7 million for a project they have floundered in for over a decade and cost 150+ jobs for the second facility.
