As someone who spends a lot
of time with our fish relations and the ice I’m excited to sit with this new read on “theory of water” by @biidaasamose.bsky.social. At fall fish camp this year @melodymckivermusic.bsky.social & I had a big lesson from water as we were tossed into the waves pulling nets.

The yearly winter harvest fish picture. I love the process of setting and pulling nets so much. Even though my body always hurts in the days following I always get so much satisfaction from following the jigger under the water to the first pull of the net.
