Herbert Spencer is another early conquest theorist to have a significant influence on later conquest theorists. He developed his theory independently of Dรผhring, and his theory is one of the most comprehensive of conquest theories.

One of the earliest Conquest Theorists is arguably Eugen Dรผhring.

Maggie Freeman is at it again with a lively podcast on how empires arise. Not surprising from her Mongol guest, horse are the answer.
