By contrast, I recently started writing for TTRPGs and if I was getting £40 for 300 words I’d be laughing all the way to the (guarded by a dragon) bank.

Part of England’s problem might be that the flag is too easy to spray on things. Imagine if we had something closer to the Australian flag? I can’t see the racists taking the time to lay down a blue base coat before carefully spraying all those stars.

Travelling today while reading a Lovecraft story and I’ve just got to the reveal that the terrible dark thing at the heart of it all is happening *today*, but sure it’s fine, totally fine, not an omen of any sort.

Gross. I’ve not done the sleeper but having just aged out of my final railcard for the foreseeable, it’s £166 return 🙃

Writing my first RPG adventure. Made a typo while aiming for ‘he leaps forward with a savage howl’, which autocorrected to ‘he leaps forward with a sausage’. Sure, it changes the emphasis of the encounter… but I’m not 100% against it.

This is good to know. For our Radio 4 sketch show I had to swap out “souvenir butt plug shaped like Truro Cathedral” for the far less interesting “giant dildo”. Still curious about whether it was the blasphemy or the specificity of sex toy that was considered too offensive.

Guys, try to remember that Easter isn't about chocolate or getting two days off work. It's about hot cross buns loaded with heart-stopping amounts of butter.
