Injectable extracellular vesicle hydrogels with tunable viscoelasticity for depot vaccine - Nature Communications Extracellular vesicles (EVs) play a critical role in mediating intercellular communication, but the poor tissue retention of EVs has limited the efficacy of EV-based therapies. Happy to share our recent work on Extracellular vesicle hydrogel. Now hopefully researchers in the EV community do not have to worry about the minimal loading efficiency of EV into a pre-formed hydrogel. Instead, one can use EV itself as a building block for hydrogels.
