Here in Avon Lake we managed to get a school bill passed by exactly 20 votes last month - this would be (even more of) death for public schools.

It’s so tough. I’ve done both, but coming back to the technical side years ago pretty much saved my sanity and career. I’ve managed to find a good balance now being an architect who focuses just as much as process as the technology - “leadership without authority” is where I strive to be.

Thoughts? Worth it?
