When I'm too hot like thats it, I just try to drink fluids and not move, it happens so rarely I never actually figure out how to cool myself down?

When I'm too cold its relatively easy, bundle up, leccy blankets, fingerless gloves, dont go outside if its below 12°C without at least 6 layers etc etc

Having a body that cant regulate its own temperature is so fucked, I am cold 95% of the time, it can be 27°C and I'll have a jacket on bc theres a light breeze
