Track 3! I love this song, it's just I IV V but in a bunch of surprising ways, the bass voicing helps too. Her demo had a weird unnatural double hi-hat sample and I was like "we're keeping that" and double-tracked the drums and then kept only the overheads from the second track. Came out great!

Let's talk about the songs from the new Icosahedron album Forest Creatures! This was one of the first songs I was given to drum on, and I knew it was the album opener, and I was definitely worried that my own album opener "He Might" was maybe too stylistically similar to this song, esp. the intro
