Handheld ultrasound versus palpation technique for radial artery cannulation in conscious patients before noncardiac surgery: an open-label randomised controlled study

We did a randomised trial comparing #ultrasound & palpitation for #perioperative arterial commutation and found no difference in success rates.

In my practice I increasingly use US first line.

This Is How Tesla Will Die The vultures are circling the tech giant.

I did not realise that Tesla is built on a house of cards.

This is akin to the subprime fiasco except thankfully it won't effect as many people across the world. People must be mad to have Tesla shares.

They need to bite the bullet and accept their losses and get out!

This is just appalling, absolutely no one should be re sitting. They should also be heavily reimbursed for both the exam fee and any job ramifications. Medicine seems to get away with things other structures and organisations don’t.
