Same scene as before, but zoomed out, you can see the whole front of the bookshop-miniature in the dark bookshelf, only lit by the tiny lantern above the door. Next to the shop front are real world scale editions of good omens.

Saint Nicholas (or a few fellow shopkeepers?) left a present for Aziraphale and a book for Muriel in front of the bookshop.
