nicest is probably speed, both uv and ruff are lightning fast (would love to see a version of pytest focused on speed).

Also, a bunch of other good stuff collected from elsewhere, like good lockfiles, manages virtual environments and python versions, etc.

Haven't been coding full time in awhile and been busy so haven't really had to many side projects. All that being said, I have been messing with uv and ruff. What an excellent improvement to python tooling. Really enjoyable to use.

tradeoffs: I'd normally go sleep, not too long, just don't want to create a rash, cause then you are stacking problems on problems!

If they werent too expensive, I would just replace my basement office with the 2-4 person pod, so my kids could comfortably use the rest of the room without bothering me.
