Watching Friday the 13th (1980) makes me want film adaptations of pretty much everything by @sgj.bsky.social, but especially Angel of Indian Lake and I Was A Teenage Slasher.

It's almost 70F, which means my Rhode Island roots are out in full force.

They asked my husband those questions when he had an ER visit. He had a dislocated jaw & couldn't talk much, so I'd been doing most of the talking. The nurse side-eyed me hard when she asked him about feeling safe at home.

He dislocated his jaw yawning and I'm not sure she believed him at first.

Day 1 of decluttering my insanely cluttered house: 196 items.

My power has been out for most of the day. And while I love the candlelight vibes, some electricity would be nice.

I have about 160 pages left in book 3 of The Expanse and it's got my anxiety cranked up to 11. I want to keep reading, but I'm so nervous for what's going to happen.

I recently had to just admit to myself that TI West isn't for me. I've watched a handful of his movies now and I haven't really been into any of them. 🤷‍♀️
