Yesterday was a new bike day for me! I'll be calling this Colonel Mustard, it's a fun All-City Super Professional set up as a single speed, some wider tires, and with a front basket. It'll be a great fair weather commuter bike.

(Yes it's my second Super Pro, it's a great bike!)

Due to the air quality alert, we have moved the picnic Saturday to 1200 Nicollet Mall.

There is an indoor party room that we have reserved, as well as outdoor courtyard and grills.

Same time, same good people, same fun!

On Friday, some friends and I took the Northstar and Northstar Link to St. Cloud, went to a restaurant and other night life, then stayed the night in a hotel, and took the Amtrak Empire Builder home the next morning. The Amtrak train was 3 hours late, which was perfect so we could sleep in!

Ha, that mix bitrate is so low, but that seems like a solid mix. I guess I'm young enough and like headache music! I definitely prefer a more modern sound, but that's of course what I was listening to when getting into music in the later 00's/early 10's too.

I definitely go for intensity and energy in my music tastes. Yeah, some mash between hard house/techno/trance/whatever is usually more my thing! I’m really not a fan of more mellow house, or just plain house. I’m picky!
