No, they haven't, but back in the '80s & '90s out here in the small American prairie towns, you couldn't find one. The only place one could still find new records was the store that sold musical instruments. I never saw a large record store until I lived in Japan at the end of the 20th century.

I'm sorry. Out here on the prairie, the dollar stores are sometimes the only place to shop in small rural towns, and grocery retailers like Walmart and HyVee, if there is even one within 100 miles, are even more expensive.
