Despite DHS tweeting that Hamdi supported terrorism, they never charged him with any criminality.

In other words: Trump revoked a journalist's visa, so agents could arrest him for overstaying his visa.

To believe that Chuck Schumer disliked the deal but let enough of his caucus members vote for it to pass, you'd have to disclaim any knowledge of how politics works.
This is a planted story that puts the best light on a bad situation.

This is consistent with what we reported on Saturday, though the framing is (preposterously) positive.
-Schumer was getting regular updates from the Cave Caucus
-He didn't want to be seen as pro-caving but was fine with them negotiating to cave
-Shaheen wouldn't say Schumer was working against her

The Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) has notified the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) that Canada no longer holds measles elimination status. PAHO's Measles and Rubella Elimination Regional Monitoring and Re-Verification Commission reviewed recent epidemiological and laboratory data, confirming sustained transmission of the same measles virus strain in Canada for a period of more than one year.

UPDATE: Canada has announced that it has lost its measles elimination status.

This is a direct result of the increase in anti-vax disinformation, which has caused large, sustained outbreaks in the country over the last year.

Call them everyday and ask them to resign. We should not have to wait for there terms to end. They are not up for the job and should be replaced with senators that are.

Cull the Democratic Party. Systematically chip away all the weak, corporate centrists and corrupt, gutless elected officials who refuse to fight and instead suck at the teat of the oligarchy.
