They need to demand that any DHS funding bill includes measures that will send these ICE thugs to prison, such as an independent special prosecutor. #resist #ICE

What they should be saying is shut down ICE, but as a _compromise_ we could appoint an independent special prosecutor to prosecute the violent field agents and the leaders who gave illegal orders, and criminalize ICE agents detaining people with legal status w/o solid probable cause.

This was apparently recorded in Hopkins, MN. If you know someone who lives there, ask if they'll contact their police ( www.hopkinsmn.com/308/Police ) to urge them to investigate and get this officer charged with assault. ICE keeps breaking the law, it won't stop without prosecutions.
