Absolutely diabolical, can’t describe my hatred of this West Ham team.

Genuinely don’t think I’ve ever watched a worse West Ham team in my 36 years.

Absolutely awful. Bloke shouldn’t be allowed in a claret and blue shirt again. Maybe the worst player I’ve watched in 35 years, which is genuinely saying something.

Good point on the road and a promising start under Nuno. Also didn’t realise Sky had turned into Everton fan TV over the weekend…

Inevitable. It’s actually painful to watch.

I’m a big fan of us constantly giving Spurs corners, despite the fact that we are utterly inept at defending them.

Genuinely amazing what happens when we have a little bit of pace on the team.

I don’t think I’ve ever hated a West Ham player more than I hate Max Killman.

Well that was a fun evening.

Earthy’s injured unfortunately. No idea why Guilherme wasn’t on the bench as our only option for pace outside of Bowen. Only positive for today is it surely means certain players won’t be selected again.

Felt we rode our luck in pre-season and it papered over some glaring issues even then. Every one who watches us knew we needed 2 new CMs, a new CB, a striker and a winger, along with full backs. We’ve signed none of them and the same issues are still there as a result and still being exploited.

We’re just a genuinely bad team. Not been this confident of relegation since the Uncle Avram season. No idea where we’re going to pick points up from over the next 6 games.

And still only won 2 opening games in the last 10 seasons.

We’ve done some awful transfer business at West Ham, but spending £40 million on Max Killman is probably the worst decision we’ve ever made, which is quite the achievement.

Yeah we’re in deep trouble.

We never win the opening game, we have a poor record at the Stadium of Light, facing a newly promoted side and are fielding the slowest central midfield possible in the Prem. It’s going to be a painful 90 minutes, but at least sets the tone for the season.

Sod it, just scrap extra time and tell these two they’ve got the final as the decider.

VAR with two awful decisions against Barca, shouldn’t have conceded a penalty and shouldn’t have had one overturned.

Need more in the midfield and defence too. Think it’s going to take 2 Summers to fix the transfer deals of the last 3 seasons.

I know. As I’ve said before, there’s 7/8 players I’d still keep for next season. In an ideal world the rest would be sold or contracts/loans not renewed. But a lack of funds means that’s incredibly unlikely.

Problem is we’ve a midfield that offers no to minimal protection. We should just be thankful the 3 promoted sides have been so poor this season, because any other year we’d be bang in trouble.

By all accounts he is. But I’d have still started him today, at the moment Scarles is getting destroyed.

I like Scarles but I’d take him off now. He’s being destroyed here.

Every week I become more and more amazed that anybody at West Ham thought Kilman was worth £40 million. One of our worst transfer deals, which is saying something.

Just going to repeat this. So many players who don’t look interested or like they want to be there. That along with an aging squad and players out of contract means it’s going to be an interesting Summer. Real work to be done.

Absolutely, gives his all every game, a genuinely lovely bloke by all accounts and seems to love the club. Never complained or showed any petulance or annoyance when fans turned on him either. Couldn’t ask for anymore.

I genuinely love Tomas Soucek. Quite comfortably my favourite West Ham player in years.

PSG deserved that, ripped Liverpool apart over 2 legs.

Honestly looking at that squad, there’s about 8-10 I’d keep for next season, issue is I’m not sure who’d want to buy some of the players we need to ship out. Mixed with an aging squad it’s a recipe for disaster really.

The amount of surgery needed to this squad is scary, especially when you consider the outlay last summer. Outside of Scarles not sure I’d keep any of the defence who played today, frightening considering what we’ve paid for them, and if someone bids £60 million for Kudus I’d snap their hand off.
