Hmm I actually started designing my game to work across platforms initially, mobile/desktop.

But eventually I ditch mobile because fitting the ui to fit mobile makes it a totally different game.

Also the amount of work was insane.

Maybe focus on full desktop is better.

Typescript is so much better than json ๐Ÿ˜‚.

Instead of creating .json files, create .ts files.

You get json and type validation at the same time

I actually disable autocomplete for ai.

I find it gets in the way more if it gets it more wrong than correct.

Ask, edit, agent are still the most useful to me.

Gamedev is literally trying to create an alternate reality - you need to program everything - physics, weather, collisions, personality, artificial humans.

You are in a sense trying to be "god" in your artificial world.

And it's friggin' hard
