I'm quite busy building an optical raytracer to model light sources, optics and such. The core pathtracing / raymarching engine wasn't too hard. Developing the gui takes most of the time. Still a lot of work to be done, but its starting to look like something useful. And its fast!

First tests today with this 2-color wood relief. The design works well, execution not so. My simple homebuilt press is not up to the task. I'll see if Ican schedule some time at a proper proofing press.
