They definitely are. It added some humanizing angst to the story.

Between the two of them, "I Object" is probably my favorite because of the wordplay and the emotion. And the ending was quite a surprise.

I love that one, really creepy and well-described. (Also I was feeling shippy about Liz Shaw and her college friend.)

Research then write a lengthy essay about it, of course. Any proper geek would. :)

I finished reading Strange Finds the other day and thought it was fantastic! I especially liked the Mary story. I think you can up the price on that book.

Some of my favorite stories I've read this year. My particular favorites were "Mary, Mary" and "Feu Amour," which were haunting. I also very much enjoyed the characterization of Herringford in "Plea Deal." I'll be keeping an eye on this writer, and so should you.
