With the curriculum review and an acceptance that the GCSE science curriculum is too big what would you cull?

For me I'd start by keeping all the topics but removing some of the facts which are easily searchable in the age of Google. Such as "digitalis comes from foxgloves"

I wrote this blog on teaching forces a few months ago explaining the approach White Rose Science use.

It's such a privilege to have time to sit down, read the research and work out the very best pedagogy.
