I am a nurse but one doesn’t need to be to ask the question why they are using hand as the IV site when lower arm or antecubital sites would be hidden from view? Also, typically, IV sites are rotated from site to site with each new infusion. So is it really IV infusions causing that bruising?

I am taking every bit of vacation time I have at work to go work on a log house I bought just over the border into Canada. Just knowing I have a way out/plan B, keeps me centered and relatively sane.
