An entire news crew working for Al Jazeera was killed by Israel as they sought to bring the world firsthand reporting from #Gaza.

Among them was prominent journalist Anas Al-Sharif, who had been previously smeared and threatened by the IDF.

The UN-led coordination and distribution of aid, inclusive of UNRWA, must be reinstated.

Simply put, based on Starmer's own policies and rhetoric, he is either massively anti-migrant, anti-disabled and anti-trans/non-binary, or so weak willed to have his whole policy agenda driven by those who are. Either way, he has no defence and shows himself unfit to claim any moral integrity.

At this level of politics there is no way someone didn't know Starmer's "island of strangers" line would be heard loud and clear as a dog whistle by far-right groups in the vein of Powell's "found themselves made strangers in their own country". Just stop with the defences of it. It was deliberate.
