I think I understand. Big losses make you feel fragile, raw & wounded, so everything hurts & it haunts your memories & thoughts. Even seeing people do normal things seems odd when your whole world's fallen apart. I'm so sorry you have to go through this, Claire. It gets easier, I promise. xxx
