Muted shades in blues and greens and golds. A person who is rooted like a tree with arms reaching out like branches with leaves. A few birds are flying away and a small nest with birds rests in this welcoming home. The image has distant mountains . It speaks of providing shelter and rest. There is a tiny rabbit hidden at the foot of the tree person's roots. That's because I like rabbits. :) "What we give doesn't always return, but what we give is always what we are."

Growing up in NI during the Troubles involved turning on the news most days with trepidation but i especially remember how the murders of ‘troublesome’ nationalist HR lawyers - inc also Rosemary Nelson - made us feel particularly vulnerable and not only unprotected but targeted by the state.
