Had the pleasure of meeting this guy, Blair Vintinner, at the kick-off of the Oakville Terry Fox Run. Blair was the the officer driving the police car as Terry ran into Oakville in the early morning. The iconic photo was taken by Pete Martin (IG: @petemartingallery). It's a masterpiece of lighting.
