I started a new quilt today.
My LQS is doing a 15mo BOM Underground Railroad sampler in honor of the 250th anniversary of the Civil War (2026). This is block one. Had no idea how to do tiny pinwheels.
I love this! Where did you find the pattern?

One is my fav shop Calico Cupboard in Pataskala OH & other was near where my kid was taking the SAT (gotta kill time - late SAT rsvp only place was 1 1/2 hrs from home). I think it was Heavenly Stitches in Lima OH. Now another fav. Shop

I’m working on a tablecloth for my mother….i have been working on it off and on for years (since my kids were in elementary school band -there are now in college lol). My sewing room I’d blockaded with a freezer that needs to go( it’s been a drama) and this project was not in my sewing room.

I’ll need to start a baby quilt very soon & trying to drum up some ideas. Debating between a basic Irish chain or something using the fabric. Found in my MIL’d stash when cleaning out the house. 32 7x7’s.

When I have time (ha!), I like to piece quilts & sew and hang out with girlfriends for wine-movie night. Not logged into the bird since E took over.
