As a transport planning professional I thought I would be writing about the delights of European public transport, or the transformative investment in active travel. But it was Space Invaders that truly got me thinking. www.linkedin.com/pulse/from-s...

Where there is a wheel, there is a way. Shared mobility to the rescue in London today. Tube at Paddington was stuffed due to Liz Line fault, and I was late! This is what true modal choice looks like. Pity itβs not quite so easy in many places outside the capital.

Please retweet this if you think that all local councils should open Bluesky accounts and use them for communicating with the public.
This will help me to make the case locally for them to get on it!
PJA has now made the move to Bluesky. Please give us a follow! @pja-betterplaces.bsky.social. Youβll also find my colleague @mattmcf.bsky.social here so far.

How to tackle that awkward first post here?
How about some photos of a great scheme benefiting from the reallocation of road space in Bristol that I had the pleasure to visit this weekend? Cotham Hill was bustling and vibrant even on a dull November Saturday morning. #Streets #Places #Bristol
