Trump may be deposed next week in his defamation case against ABC News Trump filed the suit over a question George Stephanopoulos asked a lawmaker about the decision in the civil suit brought by E. Jean Carroll.

Trump has thus far not made himself available for a deposition. ABC's lawyer offered to fly to Mar-a-Lago, limit the interview to four hours, and even do it on a Saturday to make it happen next week before a key deadline. www.nbcnews.com/politics/don...
