I honestly can’t remember any prior AG being this overtly disrespectful in a Congressional hearing.

They really think they’re never going to be in the minority.

Maybe I memory holed it, but personal attacks on members of Congress during testimony just seems so out of bounds.

"Today, I had the honor of standing with Governor Abigail Spanberger as she signed three constitutional amendments advancing healthcare freedom, voting rights, and marriage equality, officially sending them to the ballot for a statewide referendum.
For the past two years, Virginia Democrats did the work passing these amendments to ensure Virginians would have the opportunity to weigh in themselves. This November, Virginians will vote on these three amendments during the midterm elections and decide what their Constitution should say about freedoms, equality, and opportunity. We trust the people of the Commonwealth to make the choice that is right for them and their neighbors.
Additionally, Governor Spanberger signed a constitutional amendment to give voters a say in protecting our democracy. The Governor said it best: "In the face of efforts across the country to change maps, Virginia is moving forward with this temporary and responsive effort to redistrict." Now it is up to the voters to decide in a referendum on April 21." - VA Senate Majority Leader Scott Surovell

Immigrants commit fewer crimes.

Immigrants pay taxes.

Immigrants contribute over $2 trillion to the economy.

The problem isn't immigrants.

The problem is the bigots.

The fact that both are quite experiencedβ€”8 years and 12 years with CBPβ€”is yet more evidence that CBP should be abolished and all of its agents fired. There's no way to "reform" or "retrain" that, it's just a violent gang with badges.

I genuinely have no idea how to convey this to the American people, but I think the biggest impediment to any kind of immigration reform is that people are convinced that "legal" and "illegal" are immutable, intrinsic categories instead of a rapidly-shifting arbitrary constellation of regulations.

Each institution shall develop procedures for such meal plan credit donation program, including procedures for how a student may donate his unused meal plan credits and how a student in need can apply to receive any donated meal plan credits.

My fourth bill of session passed the Senate of Virginia this afternoon: SB 97, for four-year colleges/universities to include a meal swipe donations program in addition to a food pantry in order to qualify for the Hunger-Free Campus designation, which provides them thousands of dollars.

This morning, I signed on to Articles of Impeachment against DHS Secretary Kristi Noem.

Secretary Noem & DHS employees have systemically violated the rights and privacy of Americans, terrorized our cities, and obstructed Congress.

They think the American people are stupid.

It's been 2 days since the killing of Alex Pretti & this Admin continues to lie about what we all saw on video.

Americans are horrified & don't want their tax dollars funding this brutality.

Not another dime to this lawless operation.

Here's the thing, Greg β€” free speech is still protected by the First Amendment under the Constitution.

If you want folks to stop saying you're the secret police who are kidnapping and killing people, maybe stop acting like the secret police who are kidnapping and killing people.

The White House called Alex Pretti an β€œassassin.”

They called Renee Good a β€œdomestic terrorist.”

And their investigations are shutting out local officials.

They tell Americans not to believe β€˜their lying eyes.’

But no one can believe a word they say.

So, you can carry firearm across state lines to a protest and if you shoot two people Kash Patel will advise you to sue the media and the Biden Administration. If you are in your home state and never draw your gun, and get shot by ICE Kash Patel says its "illegal" to carry a gun to a protest. πŸ™„

Alex Pretti, a 37-year-old U.S. citizen and Minneapolis resident, was murdered by ICE today. He was a lawful gun owner. Our government saw his Second Amendment right as a threat and executed him in the streets.

Post from Pete Buttigieg that reads: If there was ever a moment for libertarians and conservatives to step up and join the rest of us, we’re in it.

Americans have to unite and stop this descent from a freedom-loving nation into the kind of place where masked, militarized government agents are sent to politically noncompliant areas to roam the streets, terrorize civilians, and deploy violence with impunity.

Alex Pretti was a colleague at the VA. We hired him to recruit for our trial. He became an ICU nurse- I lover working with him. He was a good kind person who lived to help and these fuckers executed him.

It has been confirmed that Alex was a lawful gun owner and did not threaten ICE with a weapon. Early video reports indicate the weapon was taken by ICE and shots were then fired to execute him.

Trump, Vance, Noem, Miller, & the whole morally depraved crew have blood on their hands. These killings are happening at their direction. They must be held accountable.

Congress must cut-off funding for these heinous acts NOW!

ICE has now carried out two summary executions of innocent people in the streets of an American city.

If you work for ICE, there's no denying that's the mission you're supporting now. You don't get to claim in one year or ten or twenty that you didn't know what ICE was doing. You're complicit.
