I am saddened by the sudden death of a construction worker at the Ashburn Vantage Data Center site on April 10, and am in contact with the company & law enforcement. There is an ongoing investigation, and I am keeping the worker, their family and all those affected in my thoughts as we learn more.

Dominion Files for Rate Increases, Proposes New High Consumer Rate Class Dominion Energy has submitted applications to the State Corporation Commission to increase base and fuel rates for its Virginia customers.

While I'm thrilled to see our push for data centers to pay for their own power was effective, a $21/month cost increase on ratepayers while Virginians struggle to make ends meet is unacceptable -- and far from "rate stability" for residential users.

USDA ends program that helped schools serve food from local farmers The U.S. Agriculture Department is ending two pandemic-era programs that provided more than $1 billion for schools and food banks to purchase food from local farmers and producers.

This program sustains our local farmers, grows VA’s economy & keeps our kids healthy. These cuts harm our kids & farmers; I can’t support that. I’ll keep pushing to fund this program in VA, like I fought to do this year, but fed. funding is crucial to protect these folks.
