It’s a 50/50 mix of ground beef and ground pork. Our grocery store sells 2 lb packages of it for $6-$7. It’s a lot cheaper than beef and I can’t tell the difference.

A natural-colored linen lampshade on a cream-colored ceramic "vase" style lamp.

I bought new lampshades for the two old lamps that we've had since we bought them at a yard sale when we first got married 20 years ago. I love the lamps, but the old shades were mismatched, the wrong size, and UGLY.

Now I just need 2700k 3-way bulbs, and it'll be perfect.

We live in the stupidest timeline, and I'm running out of reactions that aren't "WHAT THE FUCKING FUCK."

And definite cooling power! This is the third cooler we've had since we've moved her, and we deliberately bought a Mastercool, and one that was oversized for our house so we could keep it on low most of the time.

I mean, seriously... I buy something at a gas station if all I'm doing is using the restroom. They're providing something to me that I need, for free. It's only fair that I help them stay in business by purchasing something from them.

The only time I could see that it would be *remotely* acceptable is if you're out with friends/family and have special dietary needs and the restaurant literally can't provide for you.

Perhaps it's because the restaurant is paying to provide the space for you to eat? You're taking up table space where they could be seating a paying customer to keep the restaurant in business?

It would be incredibly inconsiderate to the restaurant owners/staff, imho.

Evaporative cooler replacement pads - 8 inch thick cardboard honeycomb material.

Before you say I should replace the pads every year, this is a Mastercool and the 8" thick pads should last *at least* 2-3 years.

Not this year. $100 that I didn't need to spend today. At least they had them in stock!
