The friend I was w/ then just took her kids back 4 months ago and her guide was in shock we did it all alone (Leona>Sirena>Los Patos>La Palma). Do it!

It’s been like 30 years since I was there, but Younger Me didn’t find it TOOOOO difficult. From SJ, bussed to Chirripo then to PJ. Back then you didnt need a guide to accompany you in the park, which I believe is no longer the case. Some first timers I know visited PJ and Corc last year & loved it
