It's Madden Klass going Beast mode on the drums, and Julien practically *screaming* “always an angel, never a god” at the end of the bridge, and of course the kiss at the end. It's all just so goddamn perfect.

I have been obsessively watching this boygenius video for weeks now, since I started pulling together these posts. I was well aware of the band and had listened to some of their stuff, and liked it just fine. But there is something special about this performance (the SNL one is almost as good). /3
