With the success of outdoor games and stadium series, NHL is letting everyone play an outdoor game next year.

And the #Blackhawks will be playing someone at Notre Dame stadium wearing green.

Arvid Soderblom has a better save percentage than Hockey Canada goalie Jordan Binnington.

Don’t say that. His number is retired at CU. He must be an all time great.

As we enter the quarter mark of the 2025-26 season, it’s interesting to look at how teams are shooting (and defending shooting). Here’s a quick glance at where all 32 teams are recording shots on goal from (and their shooting % from each) and where they are allowing shots (and S%) from.

When you build algorithms to fit narratives.

And they never will if they don’t try.

Throwing 3-4 games isn’t going to hurt them.

What is the level of transparency the NHLOA has or the league has with journalists like yourself when we continue to see missed calls like we have the last two nights?

This is wrong. Connor is wrong.

Hockey is just not accessible.

Signed our kid up in a Learn to Play league. $305 for all the gear and 6 sessions. Great deal right? Nope.

Cheap helmets did not fit. We spent two visits to store to find one that did. $330 after hoping for a $60 replacement.

$665 and we haven’t been on the ice.

Connor Bedard is currently ranked in the 95th, 98th, and 99th %ile of total speed burst categories.

This is not a small thing. And if it looks like he his flying on the ice it’s because he is.

He’s also logged the 8th most miles skated by forwards.
