Yes absolutely! I do agree with the need for a source, but I think it maybe needs to be a source that is kept up to date more regularly? There are all sorts of abbreviations that are in Chambers that you would never expect the average person to know. Maybe the average crossword solver, but…

G as in G8 is in Chambers though. I would like to see W/D/L for Win, Draw, Loss and also L for large and S for small. All of those really *should* be in the dictionary by now.
