I never saw the #wicked musical before watching the movie. The scenes with Defying Gravity are so devetastatingly effective at displaying the complexity of the power dynamics women face in the world everyday. In their friendships, how they relate to one another, and to the world at large. Amazing.

Watching the 4th season finale of #OnlyMurdersInTheBuilding and clearly still acrophobic. #shudder

So I did my PT exercises today and it felt like the lower resistance band was too light and so I did it with the one that felt resistance enough, turns out of was the 50lb one.
