10.02.2026 21:00 β π 677 π 56 π¬ 10 π 9I hate to admit how much CA 2002-04 Vice magazine I read and internalized.
10.02.2026 19:42 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Chunyun for Chinese New Year is the world's largest annual human migration event. Guangzhou South Railway Station is loading and sending off as much as 17 high speed trains every 20 mins yesterday. It was doing the same today. It will do the same tomorrow.
10.02.2026 16:14 β π 21 π 11 π¬ 2 π 0Man, they don't make them like they used to.
10.02.2026 15:57 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Honestly most pop songs are improved by not knowing what the singer is talking about.
10.02.2026 15:48 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0The lighting in that one scene you posted is so great.
10.02.2026 15:36 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I have never seen this movie and now I want to.
10.02.2026 15:34 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0This had never occurred to me!
10.02.2026 01:05 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Post a banger not in English
10.02.2026 00:08 β π 4 π 2 π¬ 0 π 2I think there are a lot of superman stories about this.
09.02.2026 18:14 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Is this Aragorn?
09.02.2026 18:13 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Very excited for a SEPTA report and how it compares with SEPTA's long-term plans for Reimagining Regional Rail
09.02.2026 16:57 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Very excited to say that the stars have aligned and NYU Marron/Transit Costs Project have landed a grant that will fund a second edition of Momentum, which will apply the high-throughput framework to major regional rail networks beyond the NY area.
Our three big new cases:
- NJT
- SEPTA
- METRA
I am starting to believe my own bullshit that we may be moving to a post-internet world, where more and more cultural and work activity happens somewhere that isn't the internet (or at least the internet as we know it).
09.02.2026 15:46 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0It looks like Garfield stepping on a pile of dogshit.
09.02.2026 02:26 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0This is surprising for several reasons!
09.02.2026 02:25 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Are they gonna mute the game while you perform?
08.02.2026 15:33 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0The arena he loved, hosting a rivalry he cherished.
Go out and watch some basketball, he told us, so today we do.
I cannot express how bad this decision is.
07.02.2026 14:31 β π 6 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I wish I had known! Where was this?
06.02.2026 16:00 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I went off the diving board for the first time in decades last summer and I only bled a little bit.
06.02.2026 02:25 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0At the very least they have a standard of living and nice consumer goods that only make sense if they're technologically way beyond everyone else.
06.02.2026 01:24 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0The hobbits are also by far the most technologically advanced people but Tolkien doesn't really address this
06.02.2026 01:21 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0They're great spies though.
06.02.2026 00:39 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Right. Tolkien would work better if Last Alliance of Elves and Men was only 1000 years ago and not 3000.
05.02.2026 23:52 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0"Comparatively recently" but a lot have been depopulated for like 1000 years.
05.02.2026 23:49 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0Plus "life inside an optical telegraph is horrible "
05.02.2026 21:34 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Yeah, it's the priority element that gets me. I use cursive!
Part of me thinks that cursive may become *very* useful if LLMS mean that higher education abandons take-home papers as assessment and replaces them with in-person exams.
This is fast becoming a trend and I honestly do not see this as a priority, as much as I think it's valuable.
