If you're ok with the feds snatching people like this because they're only getting criminals or "They should have come here the right way", unfriend me. I wish you a life of experiences that pushed immigrants to come here and you live life without the delicious cuisines immigrants brought with them.

This action is not recommended for people of color or any type of minorities. This is recommended by several immigrants rights action groups because you're not getting in an agent's way or interacting with them at all, you're just not allowing them to snatch up people under the guise of normality.

If you see ICE walking into anywhere, make a scene. Yell "ICE is here!" repeatedly. If you're in a predominantly Spanish-speaking area, yell "LA MIGRA". Wave your arms, channel your inner 2 year old meltdown, stories of harpies, hell, and heathens, make yourself THE WHOLE PROBLEM.

There is an increased threat of mass deportation. It's been done before but, if you want to know how effective they are at "only targeting undocumented criminals", look up "Operation Wetback" from about 80 years ago. In Grand Rapids, a US Marine was snatched up by ICE called by GRPD.
